Installation
1. The connection thread is a 1” tapered pipe thread. Pay attention to wrapping the PTFE raw material tape around the tapered thread during installation.

2. Flange connection, matching reverse flange specification flow switch, select appropriate sealing gasket, and install bolts to bear even force. Ensure the seal does not leak.
3. The baffle is consistent with the flow direction of the medium.
4. There should be a long straight pipe section before and after the flow switch, greater than 5 times the pipe diameter.

Setting of switch point
If the user needs to accurately set the switch point, please propose it to the factory when purchasing, and the factory will calibrate it. When the reed switch (black plastic part) moves against the direction of water flow, the action value increases (that is, greater flow is required to open the switch), otherwise, the action value decreases. After adjustment, lock the screws. After users obtain the flow switch, they can first familiarize themselves with the action process of the switch before setting it. When the switch is not installed in the field, move the bezel by hand, adjust it and repeat again to verify that the switch point setting is accurate. In order to monitor whether the switch operates, a multimeter can be connected to the switch circuit to determine whether the operation occurs.
