Working principle
The thermal flow switch is designed based on the L·V·King heat exchange principle. A flow sensor is installed at the front end, and there are two probes in contact with the medium. One measures the medium temperature, and the other measures and is heated; when there is no medium flow, the temperature difference between the two probes is the largest, and when there is medium flow, the temperature difference between the two probes becomes smaller. The size of the temperature difference is related to the flow rate of the medium. The larger the flow rate, the smaller the temperature difference, and the smaller the flow rate, the larger the temperature difference; the temperature difference is the largest when there is no flow. At the same time, it is related to the thermal conductivity and humidity of the medium itself. When the flow rate is lower or higher than a certain set value, the relay is connected or disconnected, and the switch signal is output.

Installation Instructions
Installation method is shown in the figure:
Screw the flow switch onto the G1/2 connection socket dedicated to the detection pipeline. Pay attention to sealing or operating according to explosion-proof requirements

1. Open the junction box, insert the cable through the cable inlet, tighten the cable fixing screws at the cable inlet, unplug the terminal connector, connect the power cord and contact wire to the corresponding terminals according to the markings on the terminal block, and then insert the terminal connector into the female socket.

2. After wiring is completed, tighten the box cover and fix the wiring port to ensure that the junction box is waterproof.
